An excellent company. Had an emergency heat problem and they came out within two hours. Was a bad motor ($2,000), and they replaced it under warranty. We have used them for years.

I have been with B and B co since 1971 [then lived in Silver Spring, MD. Believe I am one of the oldest contract company. They are great! They follow through--if you need them in the middle of night or weekend they call back and come out as soon as the technician is free. they follow up to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Recently I had a problem with my phone service and I saw a wire going from phone box that appeared to be going to generator box. {I have a contract with them to maintain my backup generator as well] told them that the phone provider was supposed to arrive at 10Am--the had their technician at my house at 8:30 to check it out. I was mistaken--but they came and checked it out anyhow. What more can I ask from a company. They respond and do the work properly. When I sold my house in Silver Spirng, my original furnce and fan were still running as well as when the house was new [the house was . than 40 years old. I replaced the original ac unit after almost 30 years. What more can I say except that they are great and that their contract is well worth the price. They respond and service the equipment properly.
