When they bought Shanahan's, which was highly rated, I stayed with them for one visit. All of a sudden both of my systems needed costly repairs. When I declined and checked with another contractor with two red checks, it turns out there were no repairs needed and needless to say, I am glad I made a change. Snell still solicits my business but they'll never get me back. Stay away from them.

Very very pushy. Tried to get us to replace our heating and cooling system which we thought was not needed at the time. Our present heating and cooling system still works fine.
