Used CascadesAutoBody for repairs after auto accident. Thankfully, it was a problem free experience! I worked with Heather and communication was good. Car was completed on time looking and running perfectly!

Cascades was superior across the board until they make a mistake that I didn't catch until several days later. They failed to connect what I call the air dam to the front bumper allowing it to break free and destroy the front half of the left front fender well shield and itself. When I returned the car to the shop two weeks later (after a trip to Pennsylvania and back), they did not believe that they had made the error. After much pushing they finally replaced the destroyed parts under their satisfaction guarantee. However, four month later my insurance company informed me that Cascades had made a payment claim for those repairs and the company, not knowing the history of the repair, paid them. If they do a good job the first time, they are superior. If you bring them an inadequate repair after you left the shop, it is not a good place to be.

Our 15-year old Highlander developed a partially detached bumper that I "fixed" by supporting it with a wire. Based upon a favorable previous experience with repair of the back bumper on my Audi, I took the Highlander to Cascades. The service manager said that a complete repair would include a new bumper, but both of us agreed that his would not make sense for such an old car. He offered to make a quick temporary repair to make the car drivable. I agreed and the repair (consisting of the installation of a couple of bolts) was performed in a few minutes. When asked about the charge, I was told "nothing". The old bumper is still in place, and I know where I will go should I need another car repaired!
