Outstanding. I had multiple thousands work done on my 1960s home last year. This review is mainly to recommend based on my daughter's exceptional experience. My daughter bought an older home with an at-risk 40yo panel & wiring and our trusted inspector had worked at this company previously. She coordinated with Janice & Will. Both were upfront about the scope of recommended work, costs, and possible timeline, encouraging her to book the work dates at the same time she booked the estimate so it could be done sooner. Work was completed on time and done well, including county permits and follow up by Dominion. COVID NOTE - She is in a highly immunocompromised household and it was important to them to hire a company with only vaccinated employees/contractors. They also asked for constant mask wearing by all workers when inside. Though one of the employees did NOT follow those mandated rules, Will & Janice were immediately responsive and asked what they could do to keep them safe and make amends. Other companies had not been nearly as understanding of their health concerns during the pandemic, and I appreciate that Hensel went above and beyond for them. Would 100% recommend.

When contacted, came when scheduled and provided detailed estimate for electrical panel conversion from fuses to circuit breakers, and recessed lighting. Estimate was fairly priced. Electricians arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and consulted for placement of recessed lights. Overall, great experience.

Although the electrician did an adequate job in replacing a four way switch, he had to use the switch I provided, as he didn't have the decora switch I wanted. The office didn't ask what kind of switch I needed when I made the appointment. It also took 2 months to get an appointment. I will not be using them again.
