Absolutely the best experience I have ever had dealing with any company related to home repairs or improvements. I had concerns about the safety of my deck and wanted it inspected by someone with nothing to gain from that inspection. I normally get multiple estimates for anything house related, but one call to Enlighten was all I needed to know I was dealing with a quality company. They were more than willing to inspect my deck even though they were extremely busy with whole house inspections for the hot real estate market in our area. From office staff to Isaac, the owner who did my inspection, Enlighten Home Inspections was a joy to deal with! And the professional inspection report provided photos and details of all problems, just what I needed to have my deck repaired. Thank you Isaac!

Did an inspection for a condo in Arlington. The inspector answered all of my questions. pointed out issues and explained why they were important, and showed us things like how to change the filter in the unusual HVAC system. The inspection report was very detailed and had arrows pointing to the areas of concern. It cost $420 (2-bed 1100 SF condo).

Inspected a home I purchased in summer 2020. The inspector missed a leaking roof. Did not bring a tall enough ladder, so could not inspect the roof. When he went up into the attic, he noticed some water spots (which were also noticeable on the ceiling from inside), but said it was from an old leak and there were signs that it had been repaired. A few months after I bought the house, I noticed the roof was leaking and had to purchase a new roof. The roofer said it was leaking in multiple places and most likely the inspector missed it. One positive was the inspector was friendly and pleasant. He also did a radon test.
