I was shopping at Sears in the mall and decided to get a hair trim as a male customer. First time visit. Chose Four Seasons based on recommendation from adjacent hair styling shop nearby that was not servicing that day. Arrived at shop, receptionist greeted me, and service began immediately. Having had basic and, poor quality, haircuts over the past few months as new arrival to this area, the actual cut was outstanding as for layering and thinning. I've never before have paid $40 for a basic male cut, but in this case the result was very good. The stylist knew exactly what I had asked. As for customer service, just the basic service rendered and now you pay...very average.
