Very helpful, with honest pricing and not trying to boost the needed service without consultation. Good people.

Generally good experience except this one visit after an oil change they warned about a potential leak because of a cracked oil plug. Rather than recommending a replacement plug, which I would have gladly paid for, they simply finished the oil change and capped off the drain with the cracked plug, letting oil continue to slowly leak from the car and contaminating the house driveway and accelerating the next oil change because oil loss would increase. If the car is already hoisted and the problem is known, why not fix it? Bringing the car back in again costs more and wastes everyone's time.
