While the service for just the chimney sweep was sufficient, the technician had a lot to say about not having as much work and then told me that we needed extensive repairs. He was friendly but it was uncomfortable. It was difficult to know if he was trying to upsell us on additional work or if we in fact needed repairs. I’m not sure I would use them again because of this awkward exchange. However, the service I hired them for was done professionally.
