PHH is a national firm with many addresses. They are terrible, terrible, terrible. PHH could not get the spelling of my name right, gave me conflicting monthly payment amounts, varying addresses to send my check...didn't pay my county real estate taxes, then over-paid my real estate taxes by 150%, would not refund my over-payment (still don’t have it)... After 15 months I refinanced with a local firm at a cost of $2,000 just to stop the aggravation.

Lost information, took much longer than promised, rate not that great, closing was terrible. Do yourself a favor and go with another mortgage broker. I've already refinanced
