I have used this company to manage my townhouse rental for a number of years. They have acquired good tenants and have dealt with the contracts, inspections, rent collection, payments, 1099s for taxes etc. in a timely and professional manner. I am also contacted for approval of work to be done and they honor my requests for a specific contractor if I choose. Lot's better than when I managed the property myself.

Used them for 3 years and they did an acceptable job. Kept our place rented to decent renters, seemed to manage the turnover process okay and responded to my questions on renters, maintenance issues, etc. Sometimes it took me double-tapping them, so be prepared for that. But, it's a low margin business, so don't expect boutique service. However, they did a more than acceptable job compared to other property managers I have used.
