Duct cleaning was included as part of replacing my HVAC system. They seemed to do a good job but this was the first time I had the ducts cleaned so I don't really have a comparison. The technicians were prompt and cleaned up everything when they finished. They were supposed to clean the clothes dryer vent, too, but their equipment would not work on my dryer vent as it had a 90 degree bend as soon as the duct came inside the house.

have used their service over the years. When they first found more than usual, they did a second time to ensure that the ducts were cleaned, and did so without asking.
