I am now a Meadows Farms believer! Jill Lehman was the landscape designer for a joint project between two homeowners--myself and my neighbors--and our HOA, as the land upon which the project was to be located spanned both private property and HOA common property. Throughout the project, which required not only homeowner agreement, but HOA and Reston Association agreement, Jill was beyond patient. In terms of her design: she listened to our concerns and her design exactly addressed our issues. In terms of her responsiveness--top-notch. She called when she was going to be late for a scheduled appointment; she had designs and proposals to us within 48 hours. In terms of price: I felt that it was very fair. In terms of the installation: Wow. The foreman on the job, Lorenzo, and his crew chiseled the massive blocks of stone to fit an incline in order to produce a lovely curved stairway. I had numerous questions and requests throughout the installation, and Lorenzo was open to them all. In terms of administration: Meadows Farms, at our request, was able to separately invoice the two paying parties. Kudos, Meadows Farms!!!

Pepe Ayulo was the landscaper designer on our project. He listened to my requests and concerns, and was willing to make changes when I didn’t agree. He had some very interesting choices, which I appreciated.
