Provident Funding was my initial mortagage company & payments, property tax payments were effortless for the last 4 years. I recently refinanced to a 15 year mortgage with remained with Provident Funding. Compared to banks & credit unions, they still had lower interest rates. Their administrative fees were not negotiable even if my mortgage was remaining under Provident, but they were able to waive requiring an appraisal. The application process was completed on-line, & they sent a mobile notary for final document signing. Everything was completed within a month.
