MacPherson is our community property management company. They replaced another company that was in place when I purchased my home. My first contact with MacPherson was with their account department & I couldn't imagine a ruder employee. It is hit or miss reaching our assigned property manager. We are to contact them before making any internal renovations. I informed them about an upcoming bathroom renovation, they responded they would get back to me, then nothing. I went ahead with my renovation,
