Terry Duncan knew asphalt paving and gave a good estimate. The problem was that he subcontracted to the most dishonest person I've ever had to work with. He didn't follow the contract unless I was right there to catch him (he claimed he didn't have a copy of the contract). I believe that if Terry Duncan was on site I would have gotten a good job.
