We have used Organized Spaces previously for a master bedroom closet, and are doing so again in another home. They're fine, but weren't able to finish the installation because of 3 wrong/missing components. As I write, they're back to finish the job. Only serious complaint is that they don't seem to take scheduling seriously or do it efficiently. This is the second time we've had to race home because they're at our door, no or barely any advance warning. Earlier, they wanted to come back with each replacement component (3 appointments?). A bit hap-hazard. I guess I wouldn't NOT recommend them, but probably not use them again.
