Phenomenal service - from the person helping me to think about options after I'd done initial research, to a later call to service to get insight and advice on some follow-up details about new bikes and servicing my old bike. I wish the Bellevue location had a good spot for test riding. Also didn't have the exact model and size I wanted to "feel out" but the return policy is 100% so at least no worries if it doesn't work out. Gave good advice on bikes and specific options. Overall, everyone in REI comes across genuinely as promised: that their sole focus is to make you happy with your purchase/service. They take the time, have the knowledge, and seem happy to give both to make you a happy customer/co-owner.

I have utilized the REI-Bellevue bike shop a few times now, both for quick walk-in fixes, and for a major tune-up. The good folks there have consistently provided friendly, helpful, professional, and appropriate service.

Clarity of products is poor. Found what I needed at Target. Line to checkout was 20 minutes!
