I was able to get an appointment quickly. I was given a breakdown of potential costs at that time. Inspection of my fireplace and woodstove was $80. Rooftop photos of chimney cap were provided with recommendation of remedies, cost and timeline for when I might do something. Education was provided on how to build my fires to avoid a problem I was having with smoke drafting. Also on developing a fire escape plan. Service was quick, polite, and informed. I would recommend to friends.

Fire Safe Chimney Sweeps did an amazing job repairing the mortar on our chimney doing a tuck point. They discovered a couple of cracks not noticed previously and fixed those as well, without adding to the bill. I can highly recommend them for honest high-quality work. We rejected another bidder on these repairs who must have thought we were old and easy marks. His bid was high multiples of the bid offered by Fire Safe. Don't be fooled!
