I've had my Prius serviced here for 10 years with no problems. I always get a good explanation of what was done and their assessment of anything that needs to be done. They have always been on time.

Quoted me $270 to replace a tire pressure sensor. Had it done at an independent shop for $80.

out of 3 jobs in the last year, 2 were very well done, courteous and reasonably prompt. The 3rd was a warrantee repair. The appointment they offered me was for the early morning of a day when the only technician who did that work was not on duty until the afternoon. And the service manager who checked me in refused me shuttle service to my home, which is much closer than their 10 mile shuttle service limit. I asked for a second opinion on the shuttle service and got "no" from that employee as well. They said they did not provide service to Snohomish county addresses. I cancelled the service appointment and left. This is a dealership. Prices are higher than elsewhere. They told me later that they made a mistake about the shuttle. How about scheduling a repair for an employee who wasn't even on duty?
