We were told by another jeweler (a major retail jeweler with several locations) that the diamond in my wife's ring was "cracked." We went to L/T/Denny to select a new diamond. After examining the diamond, Leslie (the owner) stated that the diamond was not cracked and there was no need to purchase a new one. We were both dumb-founded that this kind of mistake could be made. My wife still needed to have her ring re-sized, so the trip wasn't a total waste. We appreciated Leslie's honesty and will definitely be patronizing her store in the future.
