By the way, the crew members were each highly professional - they appeared skilled/knowledgeable and hardworking. Not once did I observe either of them taking a break. And, of course, they were courteous and attentive anytime I asked a question or otherwise intruded on their work. Please convey our thanks to Joe and each crew member for a job well done and in a professional manner as well.
