We've used Yard Butlers twice and the second time has been a disaster. 6 months ago we hired them to level and reseed uneven parts of the lawn. Not only is grass still not growing in the parts they "fixed" but the grass that is growing is thick and coarse and not suitable for any lawn. Despite repeated attempts via email to correct the problem no one has ever come out to even look at it. He promised he would on at least 3 occasions and never did. We agree with other recent postings on yelp that Bill is very rude. He has suggested in emails that the shoddy work is our fault for not having a bigger budget. We agreed on a task and a price and he did not follow through.
