I am a condo owner. Every other month GFK does not record my condo association dues payment properly and I have to keep sending them emails (to GFK and my condo's association board) with proof of payment made on time. GFK does not even acknowledge my emails. Also, since they have been contracted by our condo association, they have been adding new and very expensive services for our condo, always trying to push their own service companies, which are much more expensive than the ones that we have been using so far. GFK does not listen to the concerns of our condo owners.
