As a tenant, I have not been impressed with Phillips. If I have had a serious maintenance problem, they get it fixed promptly. Smaller issues are ignored. Perhaps if I was persistent, but I usually don't want to make waves. When I had to sign a new lease, they were not easy to work with even though I am a long term tenant and have never caused any problems.
