Really poor service continues. Pickups are missed during normal weather conditions and when calling in to customer service, representatives either claim truck hasn't been there yet (even though it has), or that you didn't put out your bin (even though it was). During the last round of winter weather there was no communication sent out as to when weather related missed pickups would be made. They remain, by far, the worst provider I have had the misfortune to have to work with. Unfortunately, there is no competition, so they have zero incentive to improve.
