Delivered custom front door without exterior door trim. Installer called office, who said trim was in shop and could be delivered in a couple of hours. We decided to have installer go buy trim and cut to fit, then paint ourselves in order to save time and money instead of paying installer to sit and wait. Later, office said there was NO trim in shop and was never ordered! Office said they could order trim and have it painted, but we would have to pay installer to come back out, remove trim we've already paid for and then install the new trim. They would NOT make it right. So we ended up keeping the trim we paid for and painted ourselves, rather than paying AGAIN for trim to be installed, when it should have been included in the original price we paid. Not even an apology from the company.
