Dr. Cram did not wait for the anesthetic to work before hurrying to do a skin graft from the roof of the mouth to gum line. She came into the room without greeting me, wearing a mask and demanded, "Open your mouth." She proceeded to quickly push the syringe into the roof of my mouth rather than going slowly so pain is not experienced. It was excruciating. Throughout the surgical procedure, she grabbed the inside and outside of my cheek, and jerked it up and down, repeatedly commanding, "Relax, relax." When the procedure was completed, she pinched my upper lip between her fingers and jerked it left to right, commanding, "relax." When she was finished, she exited the room without saying goodbye, I’ll see you in a week, or any instructions one might expect from their medical provider. I have used Dr. Cram before and this frightening and painful experience was nothing like her prior behavior, where she was quite gentle. She was either in a big hurry or had a bad day, neither of which excuse her extremely unprofessional behavior and lack of respect and concern for her patient.

She actually hasn't had to do anything - her partner, who retired, did all of the procedures I have had. However, the checkups and cleaning are always present. If you had asked me about the quality of treatment, I would have had to say I couldn't rate.
