They managed a single-family home for me in Alameda, and both the tenant and I were deeply unsatisfied. The advice I was given was consistently wrong and required me to do my own research to correct. Their vendors did incomplete work. Follow through was non-existent. Regular maintenance plans discussed never happened. I think there are some well-meaning, hardworking people who work here, but just aren't given the knowledge-base, oversight or systems to do their job properly. Perhaps, they pay better attention to multi-unit properties.
