They tried to charge me for a part they said was defective , but it was not. Had a bad feeling about them, They tried to get me to buy new products. A salesmen seemed seemed to be part of the crew and tried to get me to buy a new furnace. I would not use them unless you had no other options

We used to have service called Freschi, but they sold to this one. Our service has been ok, however, when they checked A.C. system, they said we needed quite a bit of repair or a new system. We called PG&E for energy exam, (or whatever it was, it was free). This was 6 mo. ago. The PG&E man found nothing wrong with the A.C. system, which gives me a reason to lack confidence in the Service company's results. I don't trust them anymore.
