The staff is very knowledgeable and skillful in fitting glasses. They are very pleasant to work with. Waiting time can vary greatly depending on how busy Costco is. Selection is good but not great. The quality is excellent and Costco stands behind the products and has fixed any problems we have had.

Eye exam done elsewhere. Adequate selection of frames. Price for frame and high index trifocal progressive lenses amazing -- $120 vs. $500+ at For Eyes. Good quality products.

Costco is so much cheaper for HD lenses, that even if the quality isn't quite there, it's still good value. I have 3 pair of lenses they have put in, some are Costco frames and some from Warby Parker. They guarantee their work on their frames but not other frames, but the Warby Parker frames came out fine. I have 2 pair of their Drivewear sunglass lenses, which I really like and wear all the time.
