Not Recommended
Though the foundation work itself seems satisfactory, the finishing work done by the team was substandard. Stucco doesn't even come close to matching the previous stucco, concrete was scraped and scratched and damaged from the shovels of the crew moving the dirt (ever hear of a broom?), plants were trampled, and worst of all, I'm now spending more money to "fix" things that should have done properly by the team. Termite repairs that I paid this team to do were incomplete and I'm paying again to have it fixed. Also, the crew left wooden framing material on the ground (dirt to wood contact) all throughout the crawl space that I now am paying to have removed and treated for subterranean termites.
