I 100% recommend Dapper Ducts. Kevin, the person who cleaned my dryer duct, went above and beyond what would have normally been required without charging me more for the service. Unknown to me, our dryer hose was disconnected from our vent. I think this occurred when we used another duct cleaner years ago called "the Clean Air" which I 100% do not recommend. Regardless, Kevin went into our attic and re-attached our dryer hose to the vent so that it worked properly and could be properly cleaned. I really appreciate his work ethic and willingness to do this. Kevin and the other worker will very polite and even re-started our dryer for us when they left since we were in the process of drying our clothes in the dryer.

The Dapper Duct service providers arrived within the time window they promised, explained what they were doing, worked cleanly and quickly, and got the job done beautifully. They charged me the price they said they would charge with no hidden fees or add-ons, and made no attempt to upsell their services. I would use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with them to clean our dryer vent duct. They were thorough, efficient and pleasant to deal with, and took care to explain their cleaning process. They were transparent about their pricing and were very reasonable in what they charged.
