Downes service is generally good and definitely much better than Barrington Pools who used to do our work. Getting special service attention at Downes is below adequate as frequently they do not return calls or put you on a wait list. We have been waiting for 3 months to have a pool leak addressed. After three calls they still have not sent a team out.Once they send a crew the work is fine. However, getting the crew to your house is the issue. The weekly maintenance is good but if you have a major issue I question if they are the best to have a relationship with.
