I recently had Air-Tite to replace my old double-hung windows with 2LT and 3LT sliders, and the improvement in both energy efficiency and ease of cleaning is remarkable. The slider sashes make it simple to wash.The installation process was straightforward, and the tight seal has significantly reduced drafts and outside noise. While the quality of the windows are very high. The long-term savings on heating and cooling bills, along with the added curb appeal, make it a worthwhile home investment. Sellman Mr. Zach was very professional from start to finish. Very affordable prices. Communication was phenomenal. I highly Air-Tite you will not be disappointed.

My order for 16 windows was placed on 2/17/25 including two decorative picture windows. Window installation took place on 6/2/25 but was only told on 5/31 that the decorative windows were unavailable. I was told by Air-Tite that they would find an alternate design. Alternate design was provided and accepted by me on 6/18. I was told the order would be placed the following week, and I would be kept up to date "every step of the way." Not hearing anything, I followed up on 8/5, and was told they would check and get back to me the next day. After not getting a response, I followed up again. In the follow-up conversation, Air-Tite indicated the windows should arrive in September. After no updates again, I called on 9/25 and was told the windows were due to arrive on 10/2 or 10/3, and that I would receive a call. Again, not hearing anything, I called on 10/4. Air-Tite responded that they believed the windows may have arrived and would get back to me on 10/7. 10/7 came and wentt without a response. Windows were finally installed on 10/30. It took 8 months from my initial order and over 4 months from the alternate window order for completion without pro-active or accurate updates.

Had them install a window about ten yrs ago and was pleased. Hired them again and there have been problems. Don't think ownership is the same. Very agreeable to correct the problem, but still waiting and keep calling them.
