Not Recommended
Tried to take advantage by doing unnecessary mitigation work and then tried to charge to fix it. Charged for work that was not done, and provided confusing paperwork to try to hide it. Responded very quickly and had a large crew to clean up the damage, but so fast that they removed drywall and baseboards that did not need to be removed before it could be noticed. Then they did not show up to start any restoration for two weeks when they promised to be there in three days. Never provided a final bill or invoice or statement, and then sent it to a collection agency. Had to get the Better Business Bureau involved to get resolution.
