Not only did they keep me informed during the repair, but followed through twice, by texting me, after the repair making sure that I was fully satisfied with their work and that my car was running properly.

Replaced car breaks. Less than 1 year later, breaks completely worn. Provided warranty coverage for parts, but forced me to pay again for labor. Staff insisted I rode the breaks when driving. This was inconsistent with my driving history.
