This home warranty service has been wonderful. Often the repair is done in one visit, which is ideal! Repair techs have been knowledgeable, polite, and they clean up after themselves!

Regarding their process, they will ask some questions over the phone and then send someone out to check over the appliance. The technician will come with prepared solutions to fix the appliance and then advise if it needs to be replaced or fixed.

The technician that came out the first time wasn't capable of doing the job correctedly. They ordered the replacements parts to fix my washing machine but never contacted me to see if I received them. Then came back and said they needed to order another part. Long story short, I got the same parts twice but nothing was ever fixed!
