Most times the lawn tech races across the lawn as if he has too many locations to treat in his work day. This has been corrected by staying home on the designated day and greeting the tech with a request to slow down. The lawn is green and the weeds are held in check

Their communication needs improving as it would be great to receive a text to know when the lawn tech is coming a week prior to service instead of the days before.
