THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. I booked an in house sitter for a 3 week trip I was talking overseas. Their sitter DID NOT SHOW UP for the first three days and my dogs were in a panic. I had an elderly dog and it caused him so much stress and anxiety that he was never the same again. She then dropped off my eldest dog at an emergency pet sitter and QUIT. He died 2 months later and my vet says it was triggered by the stress and panic from this horrible pet sitter. ROVER DID NOT CARE. I had to fight to get a refund from them. They had promised to reimburse me for up to 25% of my emergency sitter which they did not do. Their sitter did permanent damage to my home and cost me thousands and thousands of dollars and Rover did nothing. They wouldn't even tell me what repercussions were going to happen to their sitter. Rover does not care about your family, your pets, or even have an ounce of remorse. They caused my best friend to die. I will never be the same again. Rover and their incompetence staff live rent free in my mind. Don't make my mistake. If you care about the life of your fur family go literally anywhere else.
