Car was in shop for three days before they began to diagnose the problem, then charged very high labor for a fifty dollar part.

Service air conditioning but did not check to see if it needed Freon. Car was not blowing cool air in the heat of summer when I called back to inquire about bring it back, was told I would be charged and tried to convince me that the service was not to the air conditioner. Talked to another service technician who agreed that they should have checked it. No apology and no option of reduced cost for second visit which was their fault.
