Consumer Comments for McGrath City Honda Hyundai

Can't trust them. Said my "donut" spare tire only needed to be inflated to 35 pounds (45 is recommended). Showed my wife a dirty rag and tried to tell her that the cabin air filter was dirty and needed replacement. Showed me my brand-new serpentine belt and told me that the normal flecks in the pattern indicated "cracks and deterioration." Don't trust a word they say!

Despite making appointments they were unable to complete the repairs on two occasions. Both times I waited for two hours before they told me they hadn't ordered the part needed ahead of time
