Came to inspect and provide estimate within one day, completed the work the next day. I called a few days later to ask if the door could be set to retract a bit more in the "up position", Eddie returned within a day to make the adjustment at no extra charge. Friendly and helpful. Quoted price was a bit higher than another quote (from a competitor who stopped returning calls), but the work quality and positive experience were worth it.
