I have used Gretel and her staff for several years, and they have always gone out of their way to be helpful and attentive to my cats and myself. They send detailed reports, photos and videos of each visit (without being asked) and are easy to communicate with. They are knowledgeable about cat and dog health and go beyond expectations and are able to give medication and trim claws.
