I kept being switched around to different physical therapists due to vacation and scheduling. The PTs would contradict one another in what they wanted me to perform. Knee problems can be sourced to different issues, granted; however, sometimes I felt like they were "going through the motions" and I mentioned I was willing to put in more efforts than just stretching but that seemed to be the focus.

THE FIRST WEEK, I WAS GIVEN 5 EXERCISES TO DO 3 SETS 20-30 TIMES EACH 3 TIMES EACH DAY WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO DO DAILY BUT I MADE SURE I DID THEM ONCE BEFORE GOING TO BED EACH EVENING. I WOULD RETURN EACH WEDNESDAY AND REVIEW HOW I WAS DOING AND EXERCISES AND SETS WERE ADDED OR REVISED. I CONTINUED FOR 7 WEEKS AND THEN ADDED 2 MORE SKIPPING A WEEK IN BETWEEN. I HAD BEN THE FIRST FEW WEEKS AND THEN WAS SWITCHED TO KAREN. I THINK THE THERAPIST COULD HAVE GIVEN ME MORE EXPLAINATION ON WHAT MUSCLES I WAS WORKING ON. I DID MANAGE TO STOP WALKING IN A BENT OVER POSITION AND STAND MORE ERECT AND CONTINUE TO DO SEVERAL OF THE EXERCISES 30 TIMES EACH DAY, THE BACK STRETCH EXERCISE HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL
