A SECOND RATE OPERATION ALL THE WAY! Two metrics to consider: 1) our current Property Manager, who has been with us for 6+ years, has had 5 bosses (i.e. they call Regional Directors) during her tenure (i.e. a 'REVOLVING DOOR') and 2) look to other rating services (which ALL rate from 1, which is POOR, to 5, which is EXCELLENT) and you will see they have terrible ratings there too including: a) Pissed Consumer: rating 1.3 b) TrustPilot: rating 1.6 and c) Yelp: rating 2.6!

The ceiling of one of my condo bedrooms was sagging and threatening to fall down. It was repaired more than 100 days later. Absolutely terrible customer service.
