I want to give this store, it's salesperson, Sam Albano, and the delivery/setup crew the highest possible recommendation. 5-stars? Please. We walked in and met Mr. Albano who asked what we were looking for. We gave him our requirements in 2 sentences and he responded by saying something like - according to what you've told me, I can offer 2 specific mattresses that will work for you, #1 is this "Firm" model, #2 is this "Extra-Firm" model. We sampled both & went with the higher-cost mattress. We agreed on the price, a delivery window, signed for our purchase, and left the store - our visit was under 15 Minutes. Today, the 2-man delivery crew called to say they were on the way, they arrived when they said they would, brought in our new mattress, installed it (inside our "allergy" bag), and left within approximately 10 minutes. This was a wonderful shopping/buying experience from beginning to end! Thank you, American Mattress
