Ordered car in January,2022. The car I ordered never arrived, I had to settle for a lesser vehicle. New car was delivered in December of 2022. They said the car I order might be another twelve months. I received only one key fob, and was told that the second one would be mailed to me in a week or two. Six weeks later I was told to contact Toyota directly. They told me the fob would be delivered in April. It is now July and I still do not have a key fob, although two dealers told me they could make me one if I lost the one I have, and I would have to pay for it. Toyota now tells me in September I will receive a letter instructing me to go to my local dealer who will make me my second key fob. The dealer I bought the car from has been no help as have no one associated with Toyota.
