My mother has resided in Crystal Pines for three years now. The nursing home is clean doesn’t have any foul odors. The staff is friendly and attentive. I visit my mother often and she’s always clean, her hair combed. Her clothes are clean and the room orderly and spotless. We have monthly meetings with the staff to address any of my mothers concerns. Her only complaint is about the food. She doesn’t care for the selections on the menu. Plus the home has numerous activities for the residents if they choose to go.
