My door couldn't be adjusted through no fault of this business. They were good about advising me about normal operation despite concrete work that misaligned closure, and were honest about replacing the rubber gasket along the bottom. What upset me was the $40 service call charge that I wasn't informed about ahead of time. I would call this business again to do work but they should have been up front about the service charge.

After the spring on our garage door snapped, Bob from Makuch returned my call immediately. He managed to squeeze us in, and Eric the technician arrived just a few hours later. Eric recommended and installed two springs for the size of our door for maximum efficiency and safety. Thanks for the outstanding service and the reasonable price!
