DO NOT USE. Installers came in and then said that there would be a cost for leveling for which I agreed. Installers ripped up my carpet. Then Superior told Home Depot that they couldn’t install the floor and I would have to pick another floor and left. I am now living on a subfloor scrambling to find a new floor which could take 6 weeks to get. Unbelievable. DO NOT USE.

My local Home Depot uses them as subcontractors for their flooring jobs. For the initial visit and measure, the employee failed to notice that I did not have adequate sub flooring for the hardwood I chose. Therefore, the day the job was supposed to begin they could not do anything because they would need to install more plywood. They were supposed to come back the next day but no one showed up. I called to ask what was going on and they told me someone dropped the ball, and that someone would be there the next day. When no one showed up the next day, I called Home Depot and asked them to send me a different installer. To their credit, they found a hardworking guy who works solo and who did a great job. If I had hired Superior directly I am not sure I would have gotten a satisfactory result.
